A couple of weeks ago I added this new Word Press plug-in, WP-Ban to my site. This plug is by Lester Chan and I might also add he has a number of other awesome Word Press plug-ins.
WP-Ban gives you the ability to ban users by IP, IP Range, host name, user agent and referrer URL [...]
